- 45 to 60 percent carbohydrate

When On Macro Diet Plan How Much Sugar Should You Eat?
Just because the diet encourages you to eat whatever you want just as long as it fits into your macros does not mean that you should eat all the sugar you come across. Eating too much sugar has been linked to a rise in obesity cases.
